ABOUT ME
As a multidisciplinary practitioner, my approach to mindfulness and meditation is grounded in ancient, time-tested teachings while integrating current scientific research and emphasizing a practical application for modern-day life. My intention is to share these practices in a way that is accessible to all, creating a brave and supportive environment for people to get to know themselves, their patterning, and the power of the present moment.

We will co-create an accessible path of mindful and compassionate living that is customized to you through deep listening, psycho-education, powerful questioning, and supportive accountability.

For both personal practice and therapeutic support, we will co-create a unique practice that helps you move through your day with more presence and awareness of your own needs as you hold space for your clients.
